On The Superhumanization Of Blackness 1602 - 2018: New Works by Jason Patterson, is the fourth show at Final Resting Place. Patterson is a history-based artist hailing from central Illinois and is now settling in the Delaware Valley region. For this show, Patterson will exhibit 4 works that document, present, and examine the oftentimes hallucinatory perceptions of black people as superhuman, spanning over 400 years within the American colonies and the United States.
